Overall Appearance: Galaxyfur's claim to fame is his marvelously unique pelts. The oddest part was the fact that he was born with his weird star-like dots which instantly gave him the name Galaxy-kit. As the seasons near to winter, his coat grows thicker (if that is even possible_ and his 'stars' start to look closer together lie a cloudy sky. His brilliant blue eyes are a rich and inviting contrast to his dark fur.
His tail is no longer or shorter then the average Tom's although many would tease him about using it to dust the dens in his spare time (not that he ever had any spare time). His claws were always kept short and dull due to his constant 'writing' in the hard packed den grounds.
His face is actually quite round, although many believe it to be the work of his longer fur. His hears are fairly tall but not incredibly wide. Them, coupled with his very round eyes often gave him the permanent look of shock or surprise.

who you really are...
Personality: Galaxyfur was and is bat-shit crazy. There is literally no other way to describe him! For years he was obsessed with the glittering Stars and it was because of this obsession he worked his way into the Medicine Cat position. He did his job well and although many cats were often terrified to go to him with their troubles (could a clinically insane cat really treat their wounds!?) but he never lost a cat and he never made things worse.
He was one cat who's spirit could never be broken. no matter how grim the world looked, there was always some positive spin he could put on it to make the situation just a bit brighter. It often drove other cats to look upon him more fondly, and occasionally made them want to strangle him. But he never really noticed that part.
As a mentor, he was very kind and although he often bugged his apprentices out of her mind, he did his job and tought her everything she needed to know.
In StarClan, he often drives his fellow Clanmates quite crazy as well. And what's worse - they can't get rid of him!

History: From the day he was born, he had an obsession with the sky. What were the lights telling him? Why did that star blink now but that one a few seconds later? What was it that made the sun take the stars away and how did the moon fight for her territory back? It was questions like these that propelled him into the path of the Medicine Cat.
Once he had the connection with StarClan, he began to bombard them with his questions and of course, they had no idea what to answer! So they told him what they thought would make him a bit more sane. It didn't work. When His answers about the stars seemed to be good enough for him, he quickly turned his sites on Kittypets and their Two-legs. He began watching these 'people' incredibly closely and even began to develop an understanding for their language. he brought back many of their own philosophies such as 'aritmancy' and 'tarps' back to the Clan.
During the move from StormClan to MountainClan, Galaxyfur was the only cat that never once looked down on their situation. He looked at it only as an adventure and it was his bubbly outlook that often helped get cats through those rough times. It was also what made many cats wish to jump off the mountains.
Galaxyfur is the cat responsible for bringing the abandoned and alone kitten from out in the Mountains back to the Clan. He'd received a prophecy about the star-pelted cat and while Wildstar had assumed it to be him, he knew that it could not be. When he found the kit, he brought her in and cared for her, eventually taking her under his paw as his apprentice. Starpaw was her name and she shaped into quite the fine cat.
The day Galaxyfur died was one of much sadness for the Clan. But not surprisingly, it was one of immense joy for himself. Although he'd been crushed by a falling boulder, and the pain must have been unbearable, the smile could not be swept from his handsome features. he was going to live with the Stars he had watched forever and he was leaving his Clan in the very capable paws of his Starlight.
Many cats believed he was dropped as a kit.
